Things You Should Know
New customer ads are posted the first of each month. In order to be included in an ad posting, all space reservations must be received by the 20th of the preceeding month. Ad copy is due not later than the 25th of the month prior to posting.
Many of our clients already have great print creative or someone that they work with on ad design. We will gladly accept your artwork electronically! Click here to download our ad specs and file transfer information.
If you do not already have art work or someone that you work with, E.L. Bailer is happy to offer professional design services at the rate of $95 per hour. We will need to have your logo sent to us electronically and any photos that you would like used in your ad. Our normal turn-around for ad design is 2 business days.
Please note: All customer and/or product logos must be provided electronically. Customers who cannot provide logos this way will be charged a one-time fee of $100 for logo scan and clean up. The logo will then be returned to the client on CD or electronically for future use.
All contracts less than $1,000 in total contract value must be paid in full prior to ad posting.
Contracts of less than six (6) months in duration will require a 50% prepayment of the total contract value, plus any applicable design fee. The contract balance will be due in full (45) days after posting.
Annual contracts: first two (2) months of space rental plus production fee required with contract; contract balance will be billed in equal monthly installments. We now accept Visa and Mastercard.
